We turn groundbreaking science into stories kids carry with them.
Too often, science reaches kids as a list of facts to memorize. We believe it can be something else entirely: a story worth falling in love with. Each Pen & Pipette book is a standalone tale that also opens a door to real, developing research — written and reviewed by people with science and storytelling in their bones.
As a nonprofit, every book, classroom visit, and resource we create is in service of that mission, not a bottom line.
